There are many cases where you will just feel tired all the team even if you get a good night’s rest. Feeling lethargic and fatigued is another way of telling if you have sleep apnea or just if you have the feeling that you do not sleep well. If you are feeling more tired on a day-to-day basis, this can be because your body is a nap mode rather than a full night of rest mode. There are pauses in breathing that throws the body and the sleeping pattern off.

Sweating at night and waking up is another sign of sleep apnea, although it can also just simply be from nightmares. Waking up sweating is a result of your body seeking air after it has stopped breathing. The constant waking up kicks you out of your deep sleep and makes you extremely tired the next day.
5. Getting Up To Go To The Bathroom
Getting up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night is not always a bad thing, but it can be a symptom of sleep apnea. If your body is alerting you to get up like this, there is something that is going wrong since many people are able to sleep through it and go first thing in the morning.
