Dr. Madison F. Richardson F.A.C.S. is a premier board-certified surgeon who specializes in Otolaryngology in Beverly Hills, California. With over 40 years of extensive experience and training, he is a leading expert in ear, nose, and throat and cancer of the head and neck. He specializes in treating patients with various problems, including sinus, nasal and snoring problems, hearing loss, sleep apnea, dizziness, allergies, voice and swallowing disorders, and other diseases of the head and neck.

As the son of a successful physician, Dr. Richardson discovered at an early age that his true passion was to heal people and that he wanted to spend his life doing that as a physician. He graduated at the top of his class at Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, DC, where he earned an honors distinction and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Fraternity.

Dr. Richardson completed specialty training in otolaryngology, and management and treatment of diseases of the ear, nose and throat at the prominent Walter A. Reed Army Medical Center, where he was chief of head and neck surgery and consultant to the surgeon general. His subspecialty training was in the surgical management and reconstruction of cancer of the head and neck. He has been in private practice in Beverly Hills for 40 years, was appointed as an officer on the Medical Board of California and has served on the faculty as Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Southern California (USC) and the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Dr. Richardson completed a fellowship with the world-renowned head and neck surgeon Dr. Robert Chambers with Johns Hopkins and affiliated hospitals. He also trained with voice specialist Dr. Hans von Leden, and with Dr. James Gould, a voice specialist who was affiliated with the New York Metropolitan Opera. These years of advanced specialty training have earned him the trust of the Beverly Hills medical community, including Hollywood’s elite, and the broader Los Angeles community. He is affiliated with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where he served as Chief of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery.
